Week 4

Hello everyone welcome to my blog again! For this week, what knowledge that I learn in English writing skills is MIND YOUR GRAMMAR. What that I learn from this chapter are to get a clear picture of the grammar usage while writing and to understand the grammar rules. Before I learn this chapter, my grammar was very poor and weak. I think I am very fortunately have this EIP programmer to help me improve my grammar and learn a lot of rules that I don't know before. 

So the first thing that I learn is RULES. You must clear about the grammar rules so that you can easily know about the sentence. So now I will list down all the rules that I learn. The first rule is BASIC PRINCIPLE. Basic principle have divided into two way which are singular and plural. Singular subjects need to use singular verbs; plural subjects need to use plural verbs. Furthermore, the second rule is the indefinite pronouns anyone, someone, no one, nobody are always singular and, therefore, require singular verbs. Moreover, the third rule is some indefinite pronouns such as all, some are singular or plural depending on what they're referring to. Be careful choosing a verb to accompany such pronouns. Last but not least, the last rules is phrases such as together with, as well as, and along with are not the same as and. The phrase introduced by as well as or along with will modify the earlier word, but it does not compound the subjects.
